MYR5 Coach privacy

Updated October 6, 2026. This page describes the MYR5 Coach web app at myr5.mominc.online, operated by MYR5 (independent app). MOM Inc. is a fictional character from mominc.online, not the operator.

Age

MYR5 Coach is intended for people aged 13 and over. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, contact us below and we will delete it.

Signing in

Clerk handles sign-in, email verification codes and login sessions. If you choose Google, the requested information is your basic profile, email address and account identity. This Coach login does not request access to your Gmail messages, Drive files or YouTube account. Coach uses a verified account identifier to keep your saved records separate from other users.

If you choose to connect an existing Coach to a new login, the app records the connection after you sign in to both accounts.

What Coach saves

Information you submit may include your goal, session length, movement limits, optional setup answers, character appearance, workout records, meals and nutrition entries, and reminder preferences. These records are stored online so they can be restored on another device. If you enable notifications, the app also stores the device's push subscription and your schedule and time zone.

Local coaching and its workout history can stay on this device. Signing in does not automatically upload guest workout history. When account import is enabled, importing that history requires an explicit choice; the original device history remains local. Imported history does not earn competitive ranking or workout rewards.

Gala run records

A ranked run saves its start time, completed game milestones, chosen DJ name and three-character moniker, and app-receipt status. A temporary installation cookie carries your private run invitation for up to seven days. Your DJ name and completion time appear on the shared Gala board only after you choose Join the rankings. Run records are separate from your Coach account; contact MYR5 below to remove a published run. A hashed network identifier limits repeated run creation.

Your training crew

Connecting with an invite code shares your name, saved Gala character appearance and best completed set for each exercise with that friend. Each account can connect two friends. This does not share email addresses, meals, goals, setup answers or camera images. Invite codes work once and expire after seven days; you can cancel an unused invite. Either person can remove a connection to stop future access. Deleting Coach data removes your crew connections and invites.

Your camera and photos

All camera and pose processing stays on your phone; nothing from the camera is uploaded. Workout camera analysis and food-photo recognition run in your browser. The Coach app does not upload the camera video or selected food photo to its account database. Workout results and the meal details you confirm are saved when you submit them. Recognition software and models are downloaded from external hosting services, which receive ordinary network request information.

Storage and service providers

Coach uses browser storage and cookies for sign-in, settings, offline files and setup transfers. Its online app and data storage use OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Clerk and its email providers deliver authentication; Google handles Google sign-in. Device push services deliver notifications when enabled. These services receive information needed to provide their functions and may process technical and security logs.

A temporary installation transfer expires after one hour. Your saved Coach account, appearance and workout history are separate from that temporary transfer and remain available until you clear the saved data.

Your choices

In Coach's account settings, use Download my data to export your saved records or Delete Coach data to remove the app's saved Coach records and reminders. Clearing Coach data does not delete your Google, ChatGPT or Clerk login account; the login connection can remain. You can turn off notifications and camera access in your device or browser settings. Clearing browser storage removes local copies.

Account deletion and device-local deletion are separate. Deleting online Coach data leaves your local guest workout history on this device. Coach retains a minimal account identifier, data-generation number and deletion receipts to prevent delayed requests from restoring deleted data. Reminder-service deletion can remain pending while that service is unavailable; already-dispatched notifications or email cannot be recalled. After deletion is confirmed, you can make a new explicit import choice when importing is enabled. Retrying an older deletion does not erase newer account data.
